Re: Eye see you

[Butterfly]

Skyler looked up at the boy putting out a fire and releasing his pokemon. Sky's Absol paced around her, her Glameow strutted about the lake flicking her tail, and her Ninetales sat up in a tree. Skyler ignored the boy, keeping her headphones on and bobbing her head to the rhythm of the song. The push and pull of the lakes' tide poked its way into her head and added to the beat.

[Butterfly]

Passion glanced at the Vulpix, looking it up and down judgmentally. "Nine-Ninetales." she cooed, cleaning her fur.

Skyler glanced up at the boy again, who was talking to his pokemon. Passion, after finishing, leaped down lightly from the tree and strutted up to the Vulpix. Nelic rolled her eyes, just like Skyler.

"They're such idiots." Skyler remarked, shaking her head at Passion.

[Butterfly]

Skyler, having her eyes closed and her music blasting in her ear, couldn't hear a thing, and so didn't answer. Passion sniffed the Vulpix, keeping her nose up in a snooty way. Missy trotted up to them too, her tail bouncing and her posture stating "I'm the best."

Nelic nudged Skyler, then turned her head to look at the boy. Skyler looked too, removing a speaker.

"Pardon?" she called, "Sorry, I didn't hear."

[Butterfly]

"Yeah, she's mine." Skyler called, standing up. "Passion, come." she demanded, and the Ninetales pouted. "Come." she said again, and Passion did.

"What're you doing?" Skyler asked as she walked closer, hand on hip.

[Butterfly]

Skyler waved her hand dismissively, "Passion's a bit...how would you put it..." she thought for a moment, placing her index finger against her lips as she roamed her mind, "Full of herself, conceited. I just thought I'd save your pokemon the trouble of finding that out." she shrugged, crouching as the Ninetales approached her.

"Seriously girl, you need to sort out your priorities." Skyler stated, staring the pokemon in the eyes.

[Butterfly]

"Trainer." Skyler said with a grin as she leaped up into the tree as well. She landed lightly on a branch, barely making a sound.

Passion jumped up too, but Nelic and Missy stayed at the base.

[Butterfly]

Skyler let out a barking laugh, "Well you're pokemon aren't amazingly coordinated are they!" she snickered, falling over and clutching her stomach as she laughed. Nelic trotted over worriedly, thinking Skyler was injured.

"I'm fine Nelic!" she laughed, patting the Absol's head.

[Butterfly]

"Oh dear." Skyler giggled, leaning back against the tree's trunk. "You may want to get control of them before they kill you, whether it's on purpose or not." she noted calmly, studying her purple nails.

[Butterfly]

"Um, alright." Skyler said, unsure about his sudden outburst. "Passion, Nelic, Missy, front and center!" she ordered with a laugh. The three pokemon lined up, Passion in front. "Alright, let's go!"

[Butterfly]

Passion whined when the sandstorm hit her, wincing at the sharp sand. Though she ignored the Zeena's roar.

"Passion, use Flame Burst!" Skyler ordered, and Passion did. Fire burst from her body, bright red flames licking at her opponents, but directed at Rocky.

Missy hissed at the Totodile as it scratched her, and immediately preceded to lick the wound clean.

"Well she's no use." Skyler rolled her eyes, hand on hip.

"Nelic use Night Slash!" yelled Skyler, pointing at Zeena.

[Butterfly]

Passion whined, covering her ears at the sound, as did Missy. Nelic stood sternly through it, a professional look in her eyes.

"Passion, use Flamethrower!" the Ninetales rushed towards Rocky, spewing fire.

"Missy, use Foul Play!" the Glameow ran towards the Vulpix, feinting to the left before turning on a dime and lunging at Zeena.

"Nelic, use Bite!" Nelic leaped towards Bill, attempting to dig her teeth into his scaly neck, a concentrated look in her eyes.

[Butterfly]

"Nelic, I know you can dodge it, Passion, Missy, bare through it!" Sky called, bracing herself against the storm. Nelic leaped neatly to the side, closing her eyes.

"It's alright Passion, Missy. Nelic use Night Slash on Rocky!" Nelic growled, pawing at the ground and moving swiftly around the sandstorm before pouncing, claws raised.

[Butterfly]

Skyler frowned, watching Nelic. "Come on Nelic, you're nimble!" she called. Nelic nodded, leaping to the right, but not before the ember burned her side. Falling the ground, she began to whine. The fire had entered her old wound. Twitching on the ground, she was unable to move, more out of shock than pain.

Skyler sighed, "Nelic you'll be fine. Take a moments rest. Passion, dodge and use Flamethrower again!" Passion easily darted out of the way, and while the Bill was off balance, flames flew from her body to embrace the Totodile.

[Butterfly]

Missy screeched, terror in her eyes, Skyler merely sighed.

"Well I suppose she's out." she shook her head, "Guess we need to work on her style." Missy's eyes rolled to the back of her head and she fell to the ground, more out of horror than the attacks.

"Passion, Nelic, combine your attacks. Passion use Fire Blast on Rocky! Nelic use Hyperbeam!"

Flames erupted from Ninetales body, shrouding her body in an orange glow. The fire moved towards rocky, and Nelic stood up after cleaning her wound. Nelic focused her energy, chargingup before letting loose a beam towards Rocky.

"Sorry for stealing your idea Nexon, but it was just so genius." Skyler laughed.

[Butterfly]

The fire burst through the sand, burning the particles away and enveloped Rocky. Skyler smirked, watching the silly attempt.

"Sand won't be very effective against flames."

Passion ignored Bill's scratching, instead aiming a kick at him telling him to knock it off. Nelic growled, dashing forward passed the Vulpix, attempting to trip her as she went. The Hyberbeam shot forward towards Rocky.

[Butterfly]

Nelic called out angrily, her eyes narrowing, fixing Zeena and Bill with a steely, death glare.

"Nelic!" Skyler called out, frowning. "Try to dodge it!" she ordered, and Nelic nodded. She tried to jump out of the way, but Zeena's ember hit her instead. She cried out, trying to blindly chomp down on the unseen assailant.

"Passion use Payback on Zeena!" Skyler ordered as darkness began to envelope the Ninetales. The dark power began charging, charging, charging.

[Butterfly]

The darkness continued to charge around Passion, drawing power from the outside and making it slightly darker. Skyler folded her arms, smirking.

"Passion, release!" she ordered. The darkness spread out across the battle ground, reaching even the outermost edges, but surprisingly, not Nelic.

"Nelic, use Payback as well! Combine yours with Passion and release it onto Bill and Zeena!"

Nelic shook her head, clearing her mind of the previous happenings as the darkness began to charge. It started small, but grew as she charged. The two released their power at the same time, licking at Zeena's and Bill's feet.

[Butterfly]

Passion and Nelic were unable to move, but the darkness spreading from their bodies reached higher and higher up into the trees, bent on consuming everything.

"Come on guys! We can't lose to him!" Skyler shouted, aiming Missy's pokeball at her and drawing her in.

[Butterfly]

Skyler laughed a bark of a laugh, "Keep your money Nex, I'm not interested in it." she said, pushing his offer away.

"I'm sure you could beat me in the future." she concluded, patting Passion's head. "Alright, shall we find a pokecenter to heal Missy and Rocky?"

[Butterfly]

Skyler laughed, taking off running after him. She felt a bit bad for beating him, so she lagged behind (but only by a little). She acted well, seeming to be getting tired yet keeping pace with him. She was literally on his heels, not ahead of him yet not too far behind.

"Look!" she shouted, pointing to the pokecenter, "almost there!"

[Butterfly]

"Oh my!" Skyler gasped, running into Nexon as he fell (being right behind him) and falling onto him, but immediately rolling off.

"Jeez, you should be a bit more careful!" she tsked, standing and brushing herself off. "Broken nose huh? I think the pokecenter may be able to help, they are a hospital."

[Butterfly]

Skyler laughed, taking Nex's offered hand and brushed herself off after standing.

"Right. You sure you're okay?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at his crooked nose, "That looks painful."

[Butterfly]

Skyler gave him a strange look after noticing the strange flicker in his eyes, but shrugged it off as her imagination.

"Right, let's go!" she shouted in response, rushing through the doors.

"Hello, welcome to the Pokecenter. How can I help you?"

[Butterfly]

"Here." Skyler said, handing over Missy, Passion and Nelic's pokeballs. "I want them at full health." she smiled, waiting for them to be done.

"That's gonna turn into an interesting scar ya know." she commented.

[Butterfly]

"Arceus!" Skyler shouted as a hand fluttered over-dramatically to her chest. Her fake-shocked expression shifted into a laugh, "Where'd you get those? Looks like an awful fight."
