[Sweet Dreams]

Yuki sat under a tree along the lakes shore her legs pulled close as she draws on a pad of paper. In front of her a pair of Goldeen jumped and twisted in the air, all around them small droplets of water shined in the sunlight making the beautiful Pokemon look so much more graceful. She places her chin into a hand as she draws sighing happily. She wished she had someone like that...

Terri walked to the open shore, letting his magikarp out to swim freely. he had wrapped a piece of blue ribbon onto it's tail so it could be recognized if caught by someone. He sat down watching it swim happily, thinking thoughts to himself of why would they give a magikarp to him in the first place.

Yuki looked up from her drawing to notice that a Magikarp had joined the two goldeen. She wouldn't of found this strange at all if it didn't have a blue ribbon on its tail. "Huh..?"

She says before looking around and noticing a familiar boy nearby. She blinks for a moment before her face slowly becomes a deep red. She knew this boy..

The magikarp jumped up high into the air, but unlike the goldeens, it was like watching a Magmar try and swim in chocolate pudding. Terri didn't seem to notice that he was being looked at from a far, he was way to involved in his own thoughts.

Yuki still smiles and flips to a new page before starting to draw it, somehow even if the real thing had no grace at all, once yuki started to draw it, it appeared to be even more graceful then the pair of Goldeen.

Once she was finished she turns it to show the Magikarp. "What do you think...?" She says blushing a bit hoping the pokemon would like it.

The Magikarp replied the only way it knew how.

"Karp" it splashed about in the water, the same way most magikarp do to say they are neutral to happy.

Yuki smiles happily "I'm Glad!" She then giggles watching the Pokemon splash around before slowly looking over at Terri wondering if she should say hello.

Terri had shifted a bit, now laying down looking at the sky, unaware of what his magikarp was doing.

Yuki gets up slowly clutching her sketch pad tightly in her arms before walking over to him stopping a short distance from him. "U-Um H-Hello.." She says most of her face hidden in the large collar of her sweater.

Terri looked at her "Hello... I haven't seen you for a few days..." He got up and dusted himself off.

Yuki nods slowly "Somethings have been going on...I've been...distracted.." She says slowly as she grips her book tightly. "How have you been..?"

"I've been fine..." he looks at her, looking away slightly trying to hide a very slight blush

"W-Would you l-l-like to have l-lunch with m-m-me?" Yuki suddenly asks stuttering badly looking down quickly. All the while the two goldeen were watching Terri's Magikarp splash around.

"t-that would be nice..." Terri wasn't sure what else to say, he watched his magikarp splash about.

Yuki beamed before grabing his arm and pulling him over to the spot she had been sitting at. She then pulls out arather large lunch box. "I always seem to pack too much food.." She says blushing before opening it. The area was suddenly filled with a mouth-watering smell.

"w-whoa..." Terri could hardly speak after catching one small whiff of the food. This defiantly a good surprise and the highlight of his day.

Yuki blushes before handing him some chopsticks "I-Its not my best coking...but.." She says before taking a cute little bite of an egg roll. "E-Enjoy.."

"t-thank you." Terri wasted no time in tasting an egg roll for himself, enjoying the flavor.

Yuki smiles a small smile, looking at him through the corner of her eye. She still has a small barely noticeable blush on her cheeks as she eats her share. She smiles seeing the Magikarp slashing around, she was so busy watching it she knocks her sketchbook into Terri by mistake.

"huh...?" Terri looked that the sketch book unsure of picking it up and looking inside of it.

Yuki blushes and picks up the book, but a few loses pages fall out, one of her Ralts and Teddiursa leaning on each other while sleeping, the picture of the beautiful Goldeens dancing the the air. Lastly the elegant picture of Terri's Magikarp as it splashes about.

Terri saw these pictures "did you draw them?" he asked,not looking away from them.

Yuki blushes and nods "I know they arn't very good..." She says taking a bite of a rice ball getting a few pieces on her face.

"Not very good...?" Terri repeated quizzically. "those could be used in magazines or even text books..."

Yuki blushes, before putting the pages back in the book "No...I've seen much better pictures then these.." She looked down her bangs covering her face.

In her mind she could hear the voices from her past. "You worthless waste of space!" 'You'll never amount to anything!" "Your a failure as a trainer, you cant even keep your Pokemon safe!"
