Skyler, shocked by his sudden change in emotion, nodded as that was all she could do. "Okay, I'll wait here." she said, moving to sit in a chair after retrieving the healed pokeballs.

Skyler had fallen asleep in the 30 minutes Nex had been gone, her head fallen back against the wall behind the chair and her purple hair flying free of restraints, her black headphones sat over her ears and music was blaring from them.

She hadn't noticed when he sat next to her, the movement barely registering in her unconscious mind.

Skyler mumbled something inaudible in her sleep, subconsciously gripping the blanket and curling up on the chair. None of her pokemon were out of their pokeballs yet, so she was all alone now.

Passion jumped up into the curve of Skyler's stomach, settling in after pawing at the blanket. Missy laid down behind Skyler's back, and Nelic curled up on the ground. Skyler subconsciously stroked Passion's soft orange fur, letting out a quiet breath.

Skyler turned over in her sleep, inadvertently crushing the sleeping Glameow, causing her to cry out in pain caused by her tail being injured. She stood quickly, hissing and trying to fix her now-crooked tail. Skyler didn't wake up, still snoring softly.

Missy noticed the pile of pokemon on top of Nexon, and sat down next to them, curious.
